Singhara-Paneer ki roti

Preparation time: 15minutes

  • 1 cup singhara atta
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • 1tsp ginger grated
  • 1 cup paneer grated
  • 1 tsp Chopped coriander
  • Salt
  • Water as required to knead the dough


  • Mix all the ingredients into adough using very little water as required. Keep the dough aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a tawa. Make small balls from the dough and roll out into small circles (use enough singhara flour as dusting) with hands or rolling pin.You may roll the dough on a plastic sheet or bag to prevent sticking.
  • Place it on the tawa and cook on both sides till light brown. Serve hot.
