Singhara-Paneer ki roti

- 1 cup singhara atta
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 1tsp ginger grated
- 1 cup paneer grated
- 1 tsp Chopped coriander
- Salt
- Water as required to knead the dough
- Mix all the ingredients into adough using very little water as required. Keep the dough aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat a tawa. Make small balls from the dough and roll out into small circles (use enough singhara flour as dusting) with hands or rolling pin.You may roll the dough on a plastic sheet or bag to prevent sticking.
- Place it on the tawa and cook on both sides till light brown. Serve hot.
