Aloo tamatar ki Subzi

- 2 potatoes boiled, peeled and cubed
- 1tsp ajwain
- 2 green chilies finely chopped
- 1tsp ginger chopped
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garam masala
- Oil
- Coriander for garnish
Method:
- In a pan heat some oil, add ajwain seeds and stir for few seconds, add green chilies, ginger and fry for a minute.
- Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Now add turmeric, salt, pepper, garam masala and stir for few seconds.
- Add potatoes with 2 cups of water.
- Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander and serve.
